When do I receive my order?
We, our partners and our delivery staff do everything in their power to deliver on the promised delivery time. If that is not possible, we will inform you accordingly. Keep an eye on your Track & Trace for the most up-to-date information.
Not (all) received?We cannot always ship all items at the same time. In your account you can see if we have sent everything at the same time. If we have sent everything, it is best to contact customer service. Then we immediately start looking!

How quickly will I receive an order?
Nothing is as important as the delivery time. That is why you see before you order when we deliver the item. Items that are directly in stock are usually delivered the next day. Items that are not in stock are on the road a little longer.
Do you have a delivery address outside the Netherlands or Belgium?Then your article will be on the road longer. This table is a good guideline:

Did my order succeed because I have not received a confirmation?
Is your order in your account? Then it worked.
If you ordered more than 45 minutes ago and you have not received a confirmation and there is nothing in your account, please contact customer service. And don't worry: if money has been debited, we will automatically refund you.
Can I still change the order that I have already placed?
No, to protect your data, an order can no longer be modified. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it .
What can I do if I have ordered an item several times by mistake?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel and then order the correct one. If your order has been shipped, you can return or refuse at the door.
How can I pay?
With money. Or gift vouchers. Whichever method you choose, you pay securely anyway.

Do I have a warranty on my items?
Of course! We guarantee that you purchase an item from Simtag BV that is in good condition and continues to work as expected under normal use, this is the legal guarantee. As long as you use that Direct Drive steering system to control your simulator and not using as a mixer, you will be fine with normal use.
If this is not the case, we will naturally look for a good solution together with you. Depending on your item, we will arrange a repair or refund of the purchase amount.
What is the warranty of my item?
Your invoice or proof of purchase is also your guarantee certificate. We save your invoice in your account when ordering. That way you will never lose it again. Handy, right?
How long does the guarantee apply?
That depends on the article. The guarantee that we offer you is legally established and is tailored to the expected life of an item.
