When do I receive my order?
We, our partners and our delivery staff do everything in their power to deliver on the promised delivery time. If that is not possible, we will inform you accordingly. Keep an eye on your Track & Trace for the most up-to-date information.
Not (all) received?
We cannot always ship all items at the same time. In your account you can see if we have sent everything at the same time. If we have sent everything, it is best to contact customer service. Then we immediately start looking!

How quickly will I receive an order?
Nothing is as important as the delivery time. That is why you see before you order when we deliver the item. Items that are directly in stock are usually delivered the next day. Items that are not in stock are on the road a little longer.
Do you have a delivery address outside the Netherlands or Belgium?
Then your article will be on the road longer. This table is a good guideline:

Other EU countries, Norway, Switzerland Mentioned on the website + 3 to 4 business days
Other European countries Mentioned on the website + 7 to 9 working days
North and Central America, Caribbean Mentioned on the website + 5 to 12 business days
Asia, Australia, New Zealand Mentioned on the website + 9 to 12 business days
Other countries Mentioned on the website + 8 to 10 business days
